Empathy Training
We empower leaders with empathy, grounded in purpose, to increase mutual understanding and drive meaningful change.Leading with empathy doesn’t mean carrying everyone’s burdens—it means fostering trust, improving collaboration, and creating inclusive cultures. Using Marshall Rosenberg's Nonviolent Communication (NVC) principles, our workshops provide a framework for effective communication, conflict resolution, and fostering meaningful relationships. Through active listening, participants develop the skills to identify the needs behind people’s behaviors, align teams around a shared vision, and provide clear and actionable feedback.

Cross-Cultural Understanding
Cultural differences can make it challenging to maintain meaningful relationships, in the workplace or in your personal life. Cross-cultural training helps bridge this gap by promoting mutual understanding. This training examines cultural dimensions, fosters empathy and expands participants’ communication styles. We tailor these trainings for organizations with diverse or international teams, as well as for people in cross-cultural relationships. Both Kyoung Mi, originally from South Korea, and Christel, from The Netherlands, have worked internationally and bring personal insights to these trainings, enhancing their impact.
Intergenerational Healing
We believe that leadership and personal growth are deeply interconnected, and that the key to both lies in the transformative power of owning your story. Our intergenrational healing workshops are based on Kyoung Mi Choi’s book The Child Behind the Bushes. Through courageous conversations, we support participants to unpack their formative yet challenging stories. Together, we cultivate empathy, in order to deepen our understanding and transform past events into a source of connection and healing. Our approach incorporates theater techniques, including mindfulness practices, Nonviolent Communication, and other exercises.
